In shift mode the PW/DETUNE fader allows you to adjust the amount of randomisation applied to the oscillators' pitch and phase, the filter's cutoff frequency and resonance behaviour, the stages of both envelope generators and the settings of both LFOs amongst other things. You may either utilise the DRIFT parameter to add a subtle but very pleasing amount of oscillator movement that will work particularly well with complex waveforms in Super mode or to create extremely detuned sounds.
